Vaudeville is Back in Brisbane's North

Bramble Bay Bowls Club, at Woody Point in Brisbane's north (Qld) presents Vaudeville at the Palace Theatre, directed and written by Michael Brealey, from September 13 – 22, 2013, a change of venue following a fire at original venue, the Palace Hotel.

The production promises a show full of Glitz, Glamour, Comedy, Music and Song & Dance.

Emily is determined to be at the top, she has longed to be a Hollywood star. Her father tries to stop her but Emily pushes on with the help of her grandma and an opportunity of a lifetime she ends up in Hollywood looking for a job. She meets a director who gives her a job as a waitress, he sees that she has got potential and gives Emily a chance of auditioning. Once she auditions everything changes.

“With the dynamics of the band and the glitz and glamour of the 1920s and 1930s this show is for you,” says Michael Brealey. “I have put this production together with the support from my cast, Bramble Bay Bowls Club and volunteers.”
