Thriller Live

Thriller Live
Crown Theatre Perth, WA. Dec 10-21, 2014, with seasons in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand to follow.

Thriller Live launched its Australian tour with a highly energised Opening Night at Perth's Crown Theatre. The show, which originated in the United Kingdom, has played in 28 countries and had an extended run on London's West End.

The celebration of Michael Jackson's life is part tribute show, part biographical and is flamboyantly theatrical. It features incredible dancing at outstanding singing.

Two Australians, MiG Ayesa, in a very personable appearance, and Prinnie Stevens, who also shines, stand out in a cast of excellent singers which also includes Britain's Alex Buchanan, Sean Christopher, Wayne Robinson and Tyrone Lee and American J Rome.

Simply set, Thriller Live features stunning lighting and projections and features a top-notch live band led by Australian John Maher. Costumes, by Shooting Flowers, are a wonderful trip back in time and are a celebration of colour and sparkle.

Thriller Live is a must-see for avid Michael Jackson fans, should be compulsory for all serious dance students and provides non-stop, high quality entertainment for anyone wanting a fun and nostalgic night out.
