Emily in Perth - This is Me

Emily in Perth - This is Me
By Emily Lambert. FringeWorld. The Red Room, Leederville Hotel, WA. Jan 21 - Feb 8, 2026

If you are looking for a fabulous way to kick off your Fringe Binge for 2026, you can’t go past Emily Lambert’s Emily in Perth - This is Me. This one-woman cabaret looks at Emily’s Musical Theatre career so far, and the people and places that have shaped it, through some fabulous songs and some great stories.

Warm and personable Emily takes us on a journey from her first talent quest at Falcon Primary School near Mandurah, through her first theatrical experiences, up today. Accompanied by Joshua James Webb on keyboard, you get to hear Emily’s gorgeous renditions of songs ranging from a misheard version of the National Anthem, through to title song “This Is Me”.

Along the journey Emily pays tribute to those who have shaped her musically, from her family through to well-known Mandurah people including Carole Dhu, David Templeman and Karen Francis. Song highlights include “Hallelujah”, “Anything Goes” and “Downtown”, with other diverse quirkiness including “Taylor the Latte Boy”, “I Still Call Australia Home” and “I Wish I Were a Punk Rocker (With Flowers in My Hair)”.

Supported by David Hardy on Tech, Emily in Perth - This is Me plays a split season, so check your Fringe Guide.

This warm, personal and fabulously sung show cannot fail to please.
