MADIBA the Musical Celebrates Mandela

Energetic and compelling new stage show Madiba the Musical - a Celebration of the Life of Nelson Mandela opens in Melbourne in October 2018 and will tour to Sydney and Canberra in November.  Dates and booking information for Perth, Adelaide and New Zealand to be announced.

Madiba the Musicalwhich celebrates the life of the former South African leader who would have turned 100 in July this year, is interwoven with stories of the fight against apartheid and forbidden love in a troubled land.

Assassins Return Season at Opera House

The Sydney Opera House has announced that the Hayes Theatre Co’s critically acclaimed production of the darkly entertaining, revue-style musical Assassins will play in the Playhouse in June 2018, starring David Campbell.

Jersey Boys Ensemble Cast Announced

JERSEY BOYS Director, Des McAnuff has announced the talented ensemble he has cast in the season of Jersey Boys, opening for a strictly limited season at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney during September 2018. 

HAND TO GOD - Australian Premiere

The critically acclaimed American play HAND TO GOD, about a demonic sock puppet that wreaks havoc on relationships and faith in a small Texas town, will have its Australian premiere at The Alex Theatre St Kilda from 22nd February 2018, for a strictly limited season.

Australian Premiere for Garfield Musical

StageArt has announced the first ever Australian production of Garfield: The Musical with Cattitude, in Melbourne. They will be bringing the musical to Prahran’s Chapel off Chapel from 3 April to 13 April 2018as part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Ahighlight of the 2018 program is the Sydney premiere of the latest work from award-winning theatre company, Complicité. Last seen in Sydney in 2016 with The Encounter, Complicité will present A Pacifist’s Guide to the War on Cancer in March following its season in the UK.
