Before the curtain rises and the performance starts the scene has already started to be set. They might not see how velvet catches the light or how a backdrop falls at just the right moment. But at Reveal Productions, those details are our passion because setting the scene from the start is just as important as it is to you.

Drapery and soft furnishings are more than decoration — they frame stories, shape atmosphere, and elevate performances. That’s why Reveal has become a trusted name across Australia, delivering projects as large as MJ The Musical, Moulin Rouge! and Beetlejuice, and as personal as a school musical or community play.

Musicals, Stadiums, and Screens

Some of our proudest work has been on the world’s biggest musicals. We produced the lush drapery that gives Moulin Rouge! its cabaret decadence, the precise soft goods for MJ The Musical, and the bold furnishings that matched the mischievous spirit of Beetlejuice.

But theatre is only part of the story. We’ve created huge custom printed covers for the Katy Perry AFL Grand Final Halftime Show, sewn drapes for some of the most prestigious musicals, built installations for the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Museum, and the RAAF Museum, and delivered projects for Deakin University, University of Melbourne, and Novotel. Our work has also appeared on screens, from the Logies to Dancing with the Stars and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Schools and Community Theatres

While our portfolio includes some of the biggest names in entertainment, we’re just as passionate about the projects closer to home. At Camberwell Grammar, we delivered tailored drapery that elevated a school musical on a modest budget, giving students a professional-quality stage experience that will last years into the future.

For us, projects like these are as rewarding as any international tour. They’re where we all started and where the next generation of theatre-makers learn, and where communities come together. That’s why we bring the same level of detail and care to a local stage as we do to Broadway-inspired productions.
